Thankful. Grateful. Blessed.

I’ve been reading this book, The Magic, which is all about living a life of gratitude.
Every morning, I write 10 things I’m grateful for, so I start the day positively, then do the daily “exercise” from the book, and before I sleep I think about the best thing that happened during my day, so the evening ends on a cool note.
This little piece, about health, is an exercise from the book and proudly hangs on my bathroom wall.
I know I’ve neglected my art, and only posting what I’m up to, however think I needed this time - I shall get back to business soon. Thank you for your patience ♥️
